Never rely on Herz when you are visiting Europe! They promised full size sedan for 5 people and their bags but when I got there they gave me car with 4 seat and no bag area!!! I thought it was a jock but seems like Hertz always been like that as others told me similar stories! Lesson learned!!! I HATE HERTZ!!!!! You guys ruined our vacation!!!!!!
Terrible front desk. They sold me more expensive car. Moreover, the car was all dirty. They always find a reason why they are doing it, and they leave you no choice. I will avoid hertz whenever I can...
Terrible service, they advertise cheap available cars online but they are in fact never available. Prices online are wrong, car came dirty, she said no staff available to clean it but I could take it to a car wash and they would consider contributing to the cleaning fees. I thought she was joking.. The representative also signed me up to a pre paid fuel option without my consent. Only when I questioned this clause that she changed it. Go anywhere else, even if it costs more - inevitably, the service will be better!
Eviter a tout prix, une agence vraiment mal organise, manque de communication interne, reu voiture salle, prix post sur le site internet nest pas preci nomplu.
